摘要
以连续运转四镜折叠腔Ti:S激光器为例,运用传输矩阵,对两个典型折叠角计算公式进行了分析。结果表明,两公式的计算结果与运用传输矩阵所得结果有不同程度的差异。当系统设计在第一稳区中心附近时,(2)式所得结果具有比较好的近似,但输出光斑大。为了获得小的光斑,系统应设计在第二稳区中心附近,但除在特定条件(如R=250mm、l=400mm)下 (1)式有比较好的近似效果外,其它情形两公式的差异都较大。
Analysis is done to the two typical fobrmulas to calculate the folded angle using the CW operation four-mirror folded cavity as an example. Compared with the results calculated from the ABCD matrix, there are some differences at various extents for the results from these two formulas. When the system is designed to work near the center of the first stable region, formula (2) has good approximation but the output beam spot at the output mirror is bigger under this condition. In order to achieve little beam spot, the system should be designed to work near the center of second stable region. However, a little difference appeared for the angles calculated from formula ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) except for some specific conditions (R = 250ram, l = 400ram) for formula ( 1 ).
