烧结纯铁磁性的影响因素及改善措施

摘要 综述了影响烧结纯铁磁性的因素。为了得到磁性优异的烧结纯铁,气孔率应尽可能低,且气孔尽可能地长大和球化;杂质要尽可能少;晶粒要尽可能大;应力要尽可能小。据此提出了改善烧结纯铁磁性的一些措施:提高烧结温度和时间、在还原气氛中烧结、烧结后退火、缓慢冷却和提高原料粉末的粒度和纯度。 In this paper; we summarize some factors which affect the magnetic properties of sintered iron. In order to obtain sintered iron with excellent magnetic properties, the material should have less porosity, impurities and stresses. At same time, magnetic properties can be improved by pore sphericizing, coarsening and matrix grain size coarsening. Some measures are stated to improve the magnetic properties of sintered iron, e.g. intense sintering in deoxidizing atmospheres, annealing after sintering, cooling at lower rate and using purer and coarser iron powder.
