摘要
采用真空电弧炉熔炼Fe-79%Ni合金,经过不同的热处理工艺进行退火处理。通过电子探针(EPMA-1600)观察其杂质的含量及晶粒的长大情况;并采用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测得合金的磁滞回线,分析其磁性能的变化。实验结果表明,二段连续退火与一次退火相比较,合金的矫顽力Hc显著降低,饱和磁化强度略有提高;对二段连续退火工艺,随着保温时间的延长,合金的矫顽力Hc显著降低,饱和磁化强度显著提高。
Fe-79%Ni alloy was prepared by vacuum electric arc smelting and annealed at different temperatures for different times. The crystal growth and the content of impurity was observed by electron probe microanalyzer, and magnetic properties were measured by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). Experimental results show that the coercivity of two-stage annealed samples decreases obviously and saturation magnetization increases slightly, compared to that of one-stage annealed sample; for two-stage un-intermittent annealed sample, the coercivity decreases and saturation magnetization increases with prolonging annealing time, respectively.
