摘要
随着高性能永磁材料(如粘结磁体及纳米晶交换耦合磁体等新材料)的出现,用传统的基于对低矫顽力材料研究而发展起来的永磁测量方法来测量这些材料时出现了许多新的问题,如取样、均匀磁化、饱和磁化及磁场的测量方式等。这些问题的研究和再认识,对新材料的研究和发展具有重要意义。本文就一些问题进行了定性分析,并提出了解决这些问题的方法和途径。
Many problems may appear in the traditional permanent magnetic test methods based on lower coereivity material when being used to test new materials, such as high performance permanent magnetic materials, bonded magnetic materials and nanocrystalline exchange-coupled magnet. The new knowledge on these problems including sample selection, uniform magnetizing, saturation magnetizing, and the methods to measure magnetic field, etc., is of importance in the research and development of new materials. These problems are discussed in this paper qualitatively, and the methods to solve these problems are also presented.
