摘要
文章主要论述了如何在电力通信网中建设高清晰视频会议系统,介绍了当前主要的高清视频编码标准,分析了包括视音频编解码方式、体系架构、远程协作、流媒体应用、安全性、稳定性、级联、容量等多项考虑因素,提出了视音频编解码方式自适应、H.320&H.323双体系架构、嵌入式硬件设计、多级级联模式等适应电力通信网需求的视频会议技术。
This article mainly describes how to establish the high definition videoconferencing system over the power supply communication network. The current widely used high definition video codec standards are introduced in brief. The following issues for videoconferencing system configuration are analyzed: audio codec mode, system infrastructure, remote collaboration, streaming media application, security, reliability, cascade mode, capacity, etc. This article also presents the videoconferencing technologies that are specifically suitable for the requirements of the power supply communication network, such as self-adaptable audio/video codec mode, H. 320 and H. 323 dual infrastructure, embedded-mode hardware design, multi-level cascade mode, etc.
