摘要
配电网远动信息传输的一个重要要求是要有优先级。远动信息网络传输以后,这种要求更加迫切,而传统的远动信息优先级往往只是按照性质排定,并没有一种综合各种因素的定量的方法。文章探讨了一种基于模糊综合评价理论的远动信息网络传输中的优先级确定方法,该方法综合考虑了远动信息的性质、时间约束以及采集频度等因素,将优先级问题数量化,可以达到科学判定信息的优先级的目的。
It is one of the important requirements to determine the priority for distribution network's telecontrol information transmission. After telecontrol information is transmitted through network, the request becomes urgent. But traditionally priority is decided only by the kind of information, other than a method of considering synthetic factors. This paper discussed an integrated method to set priority for tele-control information which based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory. The method integrated the type of telecontrol information, time limitation and collecting frequency, and quantified the problem of priority. It can achieve the purpose of setting priority scientifically.
