脑桥梗死23例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 23 patients with pontine infarction

目的探讨脑桥梗死的临床和影像学特点。方法回顾性分析23例脑桥梗死患者的临床特点及其MRI改变。结果典型的脑桥综合征并不多见。病灶多位于脑桥基底中上部,被盖部少见。结论脑桥梗死多数为腔隙性梗死,其临床表现与病灶部位及大小有关。MRI检查有助于确定临床与解剖之间的关系。

Objective To explore the clinical and image characteristics of pontine infarction. Methods The clinical manifestation of 23 cases with pontine infarction and the their MRI abnormality were retrospectively analyzed. Results It showed that a typical pontine syndrome was seldom seen. The majority of focuses were situated in the upper and middle parts of pontine base, and minority in quilt cover part. Conclusion Pontine infarctions were mostly lacuna infarctions and their clinical manifestation was related to the position and size of infarction focuses. The examination of cerebral MRI is helpful to confirm the relation between clinic manifestation and anatomy.
