摘要 前列腺素D2(PGD2)及其受体介导的信号转导途径在变态反应、气道炎症改变、气道高反应性3个方面起着重要作用,因此受到越来越多学者的关注。本文从以上3个方面综述了PGD2及其受体介导的信号转导途径在哮喘发生中的作用。 PGD2 and its signal transduction way play a critical role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma, such as immune and allergic inflammatory responses, So more and more investigators pay attention to it, This paper reviews that PGD2 and its recepors effect on the pathologic changes in asthma
