Coherent-mode representation of the elegant Hermite-Gaussian beams

摘要 基于激光的相干模分解理论,讨论了复宗量厄米_高斯(EHG)光束的模相关和相干模表示,推导出EHG光束的模相关系数的解析表达式,并给出了一种只包含有限个模式的相干模表示.在此基础上,根据EHG光束的模结构,分析了EHG光束和常规厄米_高斯(SHG)光束M^2因子的差异. Based on the theory of coherent-mode decomposition of laser beams, the mode correlation and coherent-mode representation of the elegant Hermite-Ganssian (EHG) beams are discussed. The analytical expressions for the mode coherence coefficients (MCCs) of EHG beams, which include a coherent-mode representation that consists of finite coherent-modes, are derived. Furthermore, the difference of the M^2-factor between the EHG beams and SHG beams is analyzed by means of the mode structure of the EHG beams.
