摘要
将活性染料染色的棉织物用增深剂处理,发现增深剂对不同颜色染料的增深程度不同。对染色深度和增深剂用量与增深效果的关系,以及增深前后色相的变化情况,增深处理后的染色牢度等进行的研究发现,红色和黑色增深效果明显,黄色效果不佳;增深剂用量在50 g/L效果较理想;增深处理不影响皂洗和摩擦牢度。
Deepening results with hyperchromic agent on reactive dyed knitted goods are discussed. The influence of dye depth and dosage of hyperchromic agent on deepening results, as well as the changes of hue and color fastness before and after deepening are studied. It is found that hyperchromic agents exert different deepening degree to different dyestuffs. Results show that fabrics in red and black feature better effects, while yellow is not so good. 50g/L hyperchromic agent is ideal for treatment, which exerts little influence on fastness to soaping and rubbing.
