摘要
目的:探讨中枢神经细胞瘤的发病机制、临床特点、鉴别诊断及治疗方法。方法:分析7例中枢神经细胞瘤的临床表现、影像学特征及治疗经验。结果:7例患者均为女性,4例肿瘤全部切除,3例部分切除,无死亡病例,术后随访生存良好。结论:手术结合放疗为中枢神经细胞瘤的最佳治疗方案,预后较好。
Objective：To explore the possible pathogenetic mechanism, clinical characteristics,differential diagnosis and therapeutic method of central neurocytoma. Methods：The data including the clinical manifestation,imaging informations and therapeutic outcome were analyzed. Results：Among 7 cases of central neurocytoma,total removal was achieved in 4 cases and subtotal excision in 3. All 7 patients were alive and well. Conclusion： Surgical resection combined with radiotherapy is the most therapeutic strategy for central neurocytoma and the outcome in ideal.
