摘要
目的:分析加速器性能检测的方法和步骤,建立放射治疗的质量保证及检查频数。方法:观察加速器等中心精度,灯光野,激光定位灯改变对摆位精度的影响。结果:通过一系列的精确检测后,放射治疗靶区位置的最大总不精确度可控制在±1mm内。
Objective: To set up the quality assurance and examination frequencies of radiotherapy by analysising the method of examining the linear accelerator. Methods: To observe the conrealtion between the position accuracy and the accuracy of isocenter,lamp field, targeted field,laser lamp. Results:By a serious of accuracy examination,the total inaccuracy of the radiation target volume can be controlled within ±1mm. Conclusion: Quality assurance is the key part of radiotherapy.
