摘要
目的:研究旋转数字减影血管造影(DSA)诊断颅内动脉瘤的临床价值。方法:使用美国GE公司AdvantxLCV加高档数字血管造影系统,对35例疑有颅内动脉瘤的蛛网膜下腔出血的病人做旋转X线DSA检查,并于常规DSA检查比较。结果:旋转DSA诊断颅内动脉瘤的35例病人常规DSA发现32例,3例只有通过旋转DSA才能发现。30例动脉瘤解剖结构显示不清的加摄旋转DSA后动脉瘤瘤颈及周围血管分支的解剖关系显示清晰。结论:旋转DSA可更好地显示动脉瘤瘤颈及周围血管解剖结构,对临床诊断治疗颅内动脉瘤有重要价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of rotational digital subtraction angiography(DSA) in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods:The rotational DSA was performed in 35 patients suspected as intracranial aneurysm in subarachnoid hemorrhage by GE Advantx Lcv plus DSA system, and compared with the routin DSA. Results:Among 35 patients,32 cases of intracranial aneurysm were found by routine DSA and only 3 by the rotational DSA. The anatomical structure of intracranial aneurysm was not clarified in 30 eases, the ancurysmal neck and the anatomical relationship of peripheral vasular branch could be clearly clarified after using rotational DSA. Conclusion:Rotational DSA can better display the aneurysmal neck and vascul anatomical structure, which has an important value in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.
