两种根管长度测量法对根管充填的影响

Influence of two canal length measurement on the quality of root canal obturation

目的:比较X线法和电测法测量根管长度的准确性。方法:将149例的238颗患牙随机分为两组,实验组的121颗患牙采用根管电测仪测定根管长度后进行预备及充填;对照组117颗患牙用X线法确定根管长度后进行预备及充填。记录根管情况及术后反应。结果:实验组的根管恰填率高于对照组,术后反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:电测法测定牙齿长度快速、准确、术后反应低,临床效果好。

Objective：To evaluate the measuring accuracy of the electronic apex locator and radiographic length. Methods：238 teeth of 149 patients were randomly divided into two groups：experimental group and control group. The canal length of experimental group was measured with electronic apex locator,while the control group＇s with radiography. All canals were prepared and filled with the same method. The obturation effect and postoperative reaction were recorded. Results：The rate of flush Idled in experimental group is significantly lower than that in control group;the postoperative reaction in experimental group was significantly lighter than the control＇s. Condusion：The electronic apex loeator can measure root canal length rapidly, accurately and improve the quality of canal obturation.
