腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤142例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 142 cases of ovarian benign tumor treated by laparoscopy

目的:探讨应用腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的疗效。方法:回顾性总结275例良性卵巢肿瘤的手术疗效,其中腹腔镜组142例,剖腹组133例,对比观察两组的手术时间、出血量、并发症及术后恢复情况等。结果:两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),腹腔镜组术中出血量、术后体温、肛门排气时间、住院时间、留置导尿管时间等均明显少于剖腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤是一种安全、有效的术式,出血少、恢复快,为手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤提供了一种可选择的方法。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of laparoscopy in treating ovarian benign tumor. Methods：A retrospective analysis on 142 cases of laparoscopy in treating ovarian benign tumor was carried out, including operating time,blood loss,complication and postoperateve recovery. Results：The time of operation showed no difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）.The amounts of bleeding,the temperature after operation,the period of pass gas and the time of hospitalization were less than those of laparotomy group,the difference between the two groups was significant （all P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion：Laparoscopy in treating ovarian benign tumor appears a safe, effective and reproducible procedure,it is an laternative method for treating ovarian benign tumor.
