荧光法检测外周血DNA对恶性肿瘤的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价外周血DNA荧光强度对恶性肿瘤诊断的临床价值。方法用微量基因组抽提试剂盒抽提58例恶性肿瘤、14例良性肿瘤、38例正常人外周血DNA后,应用镧系离子荧光分析法检测外周血DNA荧光强度。结果恶性肿瘤、良性肿瘤、正常者外周血DNA荧光强度分别为345.645±28.004、307.191±27.344、276.152±29.442。恶性肿瘤外周血荧光强度明显高于良性肿瘤(P<0.05)及正常人(P<0.001)。在58例恶性肿瘤中,不同恶性肿瘤及不同临床肿瘤分期之间荧光强度无显著性差别。结论外周血DNA荧光检测对于恶性肿瘤的诊断具有一定的价值,但还需进行进一步临床研究加以验证。 Objective To study the clinical value of peripheral blood DNA in the diagnosis of solid neoplasias. Methods Blood DNA was extracted with commercial "genomic DNA extraction kit" and detected with lanthanode fluorescent. The samples from 58 patients with various types of cancer were dectected, 14 patients with benign tumors and 38 healthy individuals. Results The mean DNA fluorescence intensity in the cancer patients was 345. 645 ±28. 004, while that in healthy individuals was 276. 152± 29. 442(P 〈 0. 001 ) and that in benign tumors patients was 307. 191±27. 344 (P 〈 0.05). There is no statistical significance in various neoplasias and difercnt stages. Conclusions Peripheral blood DNA fluorescence spectra analysis is valuable to the diagnosis of solid neoplasias. Further clinical studies should be performed to confirm the result of peripheral blood DNA fluorescence spectra.
