对我国50年各层次民族教育相对发展状况的定量分析和相关建议 被引量:7

A Quantitative Analysis of and Relevant Suggestions about Relative Development of Ethnic Education at All Levels over the Past 50 Years in China

摘要 通过对各层次民族教育事业相对发展最重要的指标———在校生数占全国同层次学生总数比例与同期少数民族人口比例的差值进行50年的追踪对比,可以看出:中等师范教育发展较好,小学阶段教育稳步发展,高中阶段教育严重不足,高等教育呈曲线变化,职业教育发展严重落后于形势的需要。为此,需要加大力度,努力实现民族地区2007年基本“普九”;关注中学教育,重点办好高中;职业教育要有新突破、大发展;民族高等教育要在提高质量上下功夫。 A following-up comparative study was made of D-value between the ratio of the number of enrolled students to the total number of students at the same level of the whole country and that to the population of ethnic minorities during the same periods in the past 50 years, which is the most important quota of relative development of ethnic education at all levels. The results showed that education of secondary teacher's schools is developing fairly well, education of primary schools is developing steadily, while education of high schools is seriously in deficiency, education of colleges and universities is developing unsteadily, and education of vocational schools is lagging far behind social needs. Therefore, greater efforts should be made to realize basic popularization of the nine-year compulsory education in ethnic regions in 2007, pay att running high schools, make new breakthroughs and improve quality of ethnic higher education ention to middle school education, give priority to great development in vocational education and
