Improvement of Legal System of Social Security in Ethnic Regions

完善的社会保障法律制度是我国少数民族地区经济发展与社会稳定的重要保障。本文从阐述少数民族地区社会保障法律制度的现状入手,剖析了现行民族地区社会保障制度中存在的城乡社会保障严重失衡、地方立法滞后等问题,并在此基础上结合少数民族地区的现实情况提出了建立与完善中国少数民族地区社会保障法律制度的构想与建议。

The improvement of legal system of social security is an important guarantee for economic development and social stability of ethnic minority regions in China. This article, first, describes the present situation of legal system of social security in ethnic minority regions, and then makes an analysis of the problems existing in the current social security system in ethnic regions such as serious imbalance of social security in urban and rural areas and the state of lagging behind of regional legislation. Based on the real situation in ethnic minority areas, it also puts forward ideas and suggestions about establishing and improving legal system of social security in ethnic minority regions in China.
