BARTON骨折治疗中T形钢板的临床应用

Clinical application of T shaped plate to Barton fracture

目的 讨论分析Barton骨折T形钛合金钢板内固定的手术疗效。方法 自2000年2月—2004年8月收治Barton骨折32例．其中22例切开复位T形钛合金钢板内固定。结果 本组随访时间5～20个月，术后3～4个月，X线显示桡骨远端骨折全部愈合。采用改良Gartland和Wertey（GW）评分系统对腕部进行功能评定，优15例，良4例，总优良率86．36％，差3例。结论 采用T形钛合金钢板内固定治疗Barton骨折，固定牢固，可达骨折解剖复位，有利于腕关节早期的功能锻炼，最大限度地恢复腕关节功能。

Objective To evaluate the results of Barton fracture of the distal radius with T plate internal fixation. Methods Twenty-two patients with Bartons fracture of the distal radius were treated with open reduction and T plate internal fixation. Results The follow-up ranged for 5 to 20 months and for 3-4 months after operation. The function evaluations were based on the modified Gartland and Wertey （GW） scoring systenm,with excellent in 15 cases and good in 4 cases. The overall excellents-good rate was 86. 36%. Conclusion Operative treatment with tianium T plate for Bartons fracture can firmly hold the reduced fracture segments and hence facilitate early postoperative rehabilitation and improve the wrist function.
