摘要 目的 建立PVC输液袋中DEHP含量测定方法。方法 采用气相色谱法。色谱柱:HP-1(5m×0.53mm×2.65μm)毛细管柱,检测器:FID,进样口温度.300℃,检测器温度:300℃,柱温:280℃,载气流速:氮气:10ml/min。结果 DEHP在2.5~20mg/ml范围内与峰面积有良好线性关系,r=0.9970,平均回收率为101.1%(n=5),RSD=2.3%。结论 本方法准确、快速、简便且重现性好,可作为PVC输液袋中DEHP含量测定方法。 Objective To develolp a method to determine di(2- ethylhexyl) phthahte (DEHP) in polyvinly ehloride (PVC) infusion hags.Methods Analysis was perfonnod in a gas chromatograph using flame ionization detector.The determination conditions were as follows: column,Hp- 1(5 m×0.53 mm×2.65 μm); injection temperature,300℃; coloumn temperature,280℃ ; detector temperature, 300℃; gas flow rate, N2 10 mL/min.Reasults The linear range of calibration curve of DEHP concentration and peak area was 2.5 ~ 20 mg/ml( r = 0.9970).The average recovery of DEHP was 101.1% ( n = 5) and RSD was 2.3%. Conclusion The method is aecurate,rapid and simple. The precision is high. It can be used for continUing DEHP in the PVC infusion hags.
