Failure Causes of Distributed Control System in Power Plants of Zhejiang Province with Treatment and Comments

摘要 浙江省电厂近几年分散控制系统发生的故障有共用模块、信号模块、输入/输出模块故障;主控制器故障;模拟量信号漂移,DCS故障诊断功能设置不全、未设置或设置错误故障;软件不成熟、通信阻塞、软件安装或操作不当故障;电源模块和电源开关故障、电源系统接触不良、UPS功能失效等故障。为提高热工自动化系统的可靠性,建议完善该系统的软、硬件;规范热工试验;加强检修和运行维护的管理。 The failures of DCS occurring in power plants of Zhejiang province in recent years include common module, signal module, input/ output module, main controller, analog signal shift, non complete configuration of DCS failure diagnosis functions, non - configuration or wrong configuration, not mature software, communication block, wrong software installation or operation, power source module and switch, bad contact of the power system, UPS functions, etc.. in order to improve the reliability of the thermal automation system the authors suggest to perfect both software and hardware of the system, standardize the thermal test, enhance the management for maintenance and operation.
