Analysis on the Factors Restricting the Rapid Development of Taiyuan City

重点剖析了制约太原市快速发展的内在因素,即国家发展战略发生了转变、太原市民观念落后保守、科技力量薄弱、生产性服务业未发展起来、资源环境差、产业与产品结构低级。提出只有社会各界共同努力,多方合作,才能突破太原经济社会发展的瓶颈,实现太原的跨越式发展。

This paper analyzes on the inherent factors restricting the rapid development of Taiyuan City, such as the transformation of national developing strategy, the backward and conservative concept of Taiyuanese, the weak sci-tech power, the undeveloped productive service trade, the poor resource environment, and the low ：grade of industrial and product structure, etc., and points out that only the common efforts and cooperation of various social circles can breakthrough the bottleneck of Taiyuan＇ s economic development and realize the frog-leap development of Taivuan.
