摘要
介绍了我国财权制度的横向财力分散和纵向财力分散的现状,并进一步分析了造成这种现状的原因。
This paper introduces two situations of our country＇s fiscal power system, the crosswise scatter of the fiscal power and the lengthwise scatter of the fiscal power, and analyzes on the causes of such situations.
