摘要
为了更好地协调宁夏劳动力就业与经济增长的关系,对宁夏劳动力就业与经济增长之间建立了回归分析模型,分析了1990—2004年期间宁夏三大产业劳动力就业与经济增长的数量关系,并提出了解决劳动力就业问题的几点建议。
In order to coordinate the relationship between the labor employment and the economic growth better of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, this paper establish the regression analysis mode between the labor employment and the economic growth better of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, analyzes on the numerical relationship between the labor employment of the three industries and the economic growth of the labor employment and the economic growth better of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the period of 1990-2004, and puts forward several suggestions of solving the problem of the labor employment.
