The Framework of Semantic Innovation Management System for the Extended Enterprise

在当今激烈的竞争环境中,创新管理对企业的生存和发展十分重要。对扩展企业而言,由于创新信息的分散性和异构性,要实施一个成功的创新管理相当困难。然而,语义网的发展为解决该问题开辟了新的途径。在元数据和RDF访问技术的基础上提出了一个语义创新管理系统框架和体系结构。

The innovation management is crucial for enterprises to survive and succeed in a competitive environment. As for the extended enterprises, because of the distributed and heterogeneous characteristics of the innovation information, it is very difficult to implement a successful management innovation. However, tile development of the semantic web technologies brings a new way to solve this problem. This paper puts forward a framework for a semantic innovation management system （SIMS） based on the metadata harvesting technologies and RDF access technologies.
