在分析科技查新咨询以科技查新报告进行定性情报评价、以查新课题相关论文进行定量情报评价的基础上,建议高校拓展定题情报服务、专题情报服务、竞争情报服务等多层次、系列化的情报增值服务。

Based on the qualitative information evaluation conducted with the sci-tech novelty searching and the quantitative information evaluation conducted with the related papers of the novelty searching subject, this paper puts forward some suggestions for universities on expanding the multi-level and serialized information value-added service including the selective information service, special information service, and competitive information service, etc.
