摘要
以麦麸为原料进行了提取麦麸多糖的研究,研究了料水比、温度、提取时间和pH等因素对麦麸多糖提取率的影响,并利用正交试验优化了提取工艺.确定最佳工艺参数为:料水比1∶20、温度100℃、提取时间2 hp、H 10.0.
The extracting technique of wheat bran＇ s polysaccharide was researched using the wheat bran as material. The bran/water ratio, pH, temperature and extraction time were optimized with an orthogonal experiment. The resuits showed the optimum conditions was： bran/water ratio 1：20, temperature 100 ℃, time 2 h and pH10.0.
