双圆弧齿轮传动的温度场和热变形分析 被引量:10

摘要 重载高速运转的双圆弧齿轮传动,由于摩擦生成热量很大,不仅影响到传动系统(齿轮箱)的整体温度场,而且其本身因齿面或滚动体接触处的高温导致过大热变形,引起附加热应力,严重影响双圆弧齿轮传动的性能、工作可靠性及其使用寿命。为此,结合齿轮传动的传热学、摩擦学及啮合原理,建立了齿轮箱三维热分析有限元模型,计算了不同对流换热系数条件下处于热平衡状态的齿轮箱本体温度和摩擦副零件热变形,分析了稳态温度场和热变形的变化规律。计算结果表明,对于三维几何体的计算对象,采用有限元法求解温度分布、热应力、热变形等问题,比较精确、方便,更接近实际工况。 Because of excessive heat generated by friction, the high-load and high-speed running of the double-arc gear drive will not only influence the overall temperature field of the driving system (gear box), also will cause an excessive thermal deformation by the high temperature on the face of tooth or on the location where the rolling body contacts and result in additional thermal stress, these will severely influence the performance, operational stability and operation life of the double-arc gear drive. Therefore in combination with the principles of thermal transfer, friction and matching of gear driving, a 3D finite element model is established for thermal analysis on the gear box, the temperature of gear box and thermal deformation of parts in friction pairs under the status of thermal equilibrium are calculated for different Convection and thermal exchange coefficients, the changing rules of steady temperature field and thermal deformation are analyzed. The result shows that for 3D geometric calculation, solving the problems of temperature distribution, thermal stress and thermal deformation by using the method of finite element is more accurate, convenient and approaches to the actual operation conditions.
