摘要
对参考馆员职业倦怠现象产生的原因和对策进行尝试性探讨,认为网络环境下对参考馆员知识和技能的要求变化是参考馆员职业倦怠现象产生的主要原因。从个人、组织和社会3个层面,提出参考馆员职业倦怠现象抑制和克服的措施。
This paper mainly illustrates the causes of job burnout of reference librarians and its possible solutions, so as to improve the management of reference librarians. The author suggests that the main causes of reference burnout are the role conflicts and the transformation of knowledge and skills of reference librarians in the network environment. The solutions of reference burnout can be sought from personal, organizational and social perspectives.
