富钴结壳湿法冶金工艺中硫化渣的加压浸出 被引量:8

摘要 富钴结壳活化硫酸浸出液经过中和除铁、硫化沉淀后得到的渣采用加压浸出工艺处理,考察了温度、压力、酸度、液固比等因素对加压浸出过程的影响,确定了加压浸出条件,此时镍、钴的浸出率大于99.8%,铜的浸出率大于98%,加压浸出得到的镍、钴、铜混合溶液可进一步萃取分离得到纯净的金属溶液。 Leaching process under pressure is applied to the residue, which is from the circuits of iron removal and precipitation of sulfurized on the leached solutions after leaching cobalt-crust in activated sulfuric acid solutions. The influencing factors such as temperatures, oxygen partial pressure, as well as acid concentrations and ratio of liquid to solid etc, have been investigated, where the leaching parameters have been determined, and both the corresponding extracting rate of nickel and cobalt are over 99.8 %, whilst copper extracting rate is over 98 %, and the nickel, cobalt and copper in the mixed leached solutions can be separated in the further process of extraction into the pure solutions containing individual metal ions.
