摘要
本工作比较了测定叶酸的三种荧光分析体系方法的分析性能和应用,详细研究了叶酸内在荧光,KMnO4-光照和H2O2-光照荧光体系.结果表明,叶酸内在荧光较弱,而用衍生方法进行测定,灵敏度可以提高2~3个数量级,在研究的三种体系中,KMnO4-光照法具有适宜的灵敏度和较宽的线性范围,可用于蔬菜样品中叶酸的测定,标准回收率在92.5%,95.0%之间,测定结果令人满意.
The paper investigates and compares systematically characteristics and applications of determination of trace folic acid by three fluorometric systems, including of the intrinsic fluorescence of folic acid, KMnO4-irradiation system and H2O2-irradiation system. With the comparation, It is found that the intrinsic fluorescence of folic acid is too weak, however, the results of derivative systems are satisfied, which can improve the sensitivity to 2 - 3 degree in quantity. In the three systems of the research, KMnO4-irradiation system is applied in vegetable samples, because of its appropriate sensitivity. The recovery of this method is 92.5 % - 95.0 %, the result of determination is satisfied.
