小城镇建设中的环境问题及其对策——以河北省为例

发展小城镇是我国城市化过程的必由之路,是具有中国特色的城市化道路的战略性选择.然而在小城镇飞速发展的同时,也带来了许多环境问题不容忽视.本文以河北省为例,分析了河北省小城镇建设中应把环境保护放在重要位置.并针对河北省小城镇建设中出现的环境问题:土地资源浪费、乡镇工业污染、生活污染和农业污染,提出了不同的防治对策.

Developing the small towns is not only a very important way to realize our eitilization, but also it is a strategic choice of China characteristic city road. However, while the small town constructions are developing fastly, they bring out a series of environmental problems, which cannot be neglected. This article takes Hebei province for example, analyzing some environmental problems in the small town of Hebei province. Moreover it contraposes environmental problems of small town construction, such as： land resource waste, industry pollution in small town, family life pollution and agriculture pollution. Then the author puts forward several counter measures to protect the environment.
