摘要
要实现市委、市府提出的到2000年上海住宅发展目标,必须进一步解放思想,努力探索和解决好住宅建设中一些深层次的问题。本文就此谈几点设想。
Achieving the goal of residential construction developing till 2000 year put forward by Municipal Committee and government must further more emancipate the mind, try to discovery and solve well some deep problems in the residential construction. The article introduces several tentative idea for this.
