云南12个口岸出入境人员HIV感染的流行病学分析

The Epidemiological Study for the HIV-Infected International Travelers at Twelve Ports of Yunnan Province

〔目的〕了解云南口岸出入境人员HIV感染的流行分布情况,为艾滋病监测工作提供科学依据。〔方法〕于2004年对云南12个口岸的出入境人员进行艾滋病血清学检测及相关因素调查。〔结果〕在45498人员中检出307例HIV抗体阳性者,检出率0.67%。其中瑞丽口岸检出152例,检出率5.71%,占阳性者总数的49.51%。20￣40岁年龄段检出269例,检出率1.60%,占阳性者总数的87.62%。男性检出率显著高于女性。驾驶员检出数最多为149例,检出率9.34%,占阳性者总数的48.53%;其次是商务人员检出68例,检出率1.11%,占阳性者总数的22.15%。缅甸籍人员检出166例,占阳性者总数的54.07%;中国籍人员检出130例,占阳性者总数的42.35%。中国籍人员分布依次为:云南籍,占中国籍阳性者总数的85.38%;四川籍,占中国籍阳性者总数的4.62%;湖南籍,占中国籍阳性者总数的3.82%。〔结论〕驾驶员、商务人员是云南出入境人员中HIV感染的高危人群,是重点监测对象。

Objective To find out the distribution of HIV infection among the international travelers at twelve ports of Yunnan and provide references for the surveillance of HIV/AIDS. Methods The serological screen was tested and the correlational factors were investigated for the international travelers at twelve ports of Yunnan in 2004. Results 307 Sfibjects out of 45 498 were HIV-antibody positive, the positive rate was 0.67%. Among of those, 152 cases were found at Ruili port, the positive rate was 5.71%, accounting for 49.51% of the total. 269 eases of the group of 20-40 years old were HIV-antibody positive, the positive rate was 1.60%, aecouting for 87.62% of the total, males had higher positive rate comparing to females. Among HIV positives, the group of dvivers had the highest proportion （9.34%） , accounting for 48.53%. Followed by bassinessman （1.11%） , accounting for 22.15%. 166 cases were Myanmese, accounting for 54.07%, 130 cases were Chinese, accounting for 42.35%. Among 130 Chinese, Yunnan origin was 85.38%, Sichuan origin was 4.62% and Hunan origin was 3.82% of the total. Conclusion The driver and businessman are the focus of of HIV Surveilance among the international travelers in Yunnan porvince.
