无钠盐混凝土防冻剂的试验研究

摘要 分析了目前混凝土防冻剂的现状及存在的问题,提出了通过改善混凝土亚微观结构降低混凝土内部水冰点的途径,采取了利用活性特细粉减小毛细孔孔径的措施,研究了活性特细粉与减水剂复合防冻剂的效果,分析了活性特细粉防冻增强机理。 In this paper the current situation and extant problems of concrete anti-freezing admixture are analyzed.A way to lower the freexing point of water in concrete is raised by improvement of submicrostructure of concrete.A measure to decrease the capillary opening was adopted by use of active and exceptionally fine powder.The effect of the composite anti-freezing admixture from exceptionally fine powder and Water reducing admixture was studied.The anti- freezing and strengthening mechanism for exceptionally fine powder was analyzed.
