建设项目或技术改造项目的环境影响经济评价至今仍是项目评估中的难点之一。文章以铅冶炼技术改造项目为例,对项目环境影响的经济评价研究表明:铅冶炼环境影响的货币化,是控制和削减铅冶炼产业环境污染的重要途径之一。

Economic evaluation in environmental impact on construction project or technology upgrading project remains difficult. This paper takes Lead refining technology upgrading as an example. The study on economic appraisal in project environmental impact shows that the monetization of environmental impact in Lead refining is one of the important means to control and reduce environmental pollution in Lead refining industry.
