摘要
阐述了高校人事档案工作能提供有用而准确的人才信息,为职称评定及各类福利待遇、劳动工资改革提供准确的依据,为教学和科研服务。指出了高校人事档案管理存在的主要问题。强调提高认识加强领导,夯实做好人事档案管理工作的根基,加强业务建设,提高管理队伍素质,加快人事档案工作的数字化建设步伐。
The traditional personnel file management mode is a outmoded and imperfect management mode set up under planned economic system, it hinders the rational disposition of talents of our country seriously, it is not in conformity with development of higher education at present. So, it is necessary to fully realize importance and urgency of strengthening the work of university's personnel file, analyze university's personnel file administration existing problem, put forward relevant countermeasures, explore a new way of personnel file management which meets university's development.
