摘要
指出了我国环境法制建设在立法、执法、司法、守法和法律监督方面存在的问题。提出我国必须从完善环境立法,加大执法力度,加强环境司法,增强公众守法观念,强化法律监督方面进行环境法制建设。
Nowadays in China, during the constructing of environmental legal system., some problems exist in the field of legislation, execution ,judicature, abidance and supervision. Therefore, the paper points out that we should perfect our legislation on environment; reinforce environmental administration of justice; improve eitizero＇ sense of obeying laws; and consolidate our legal supervision. Then a sound environmental legal system will be promoted step by step.
