摘要
介绍了串通投标罪的主、客体特征,界定了衡量串通投标罪罪与非罪的标准,为今后进一步认识研究“串通投标罪”做了有益的尝试,也为建立和完善中国社会主义市场经济制度提供了宝贵经验。
The character of the host and object of the cahoots bids crime is introduced, the standard of the scale is limits for the cahoots bids crime and non-crime in this paper, the attempt for the about ＂cahoots bids crime＂ is benefit for the further study, the valuable experience is provided for the instauration and consummates of the China socialist market economy system, too.
