In the paper, the author analyses that the lack of employment concept, skill in specialized field and the abilities to be employed causes the ＂employment gap＂. The author also discusses how to improve the undergraduates＇ abilities to be employed by implementing the strategic plan to develop quality undergraduates. In order to make the plan of the strategic plan to develop quality undergraduates more concentrated, the establishment of the items of the strategic plan to develop quality undergraduates must be centered on improvement of the students＇ abilities to be employed and grasp the principles of focusing on the undergraduates, wide-ranging participation, effectiveness and guidance with high quality.
