摘要 论述了产生“就业鸿沟”现象的主要原因是大学生在就业所必需的职业观念、专业技能等方面的缺乏,更重要的是大学生就业力不足。探讨了如何从大学生素质拓展计划的实施来提高大学生就业力。指出围绕提高大学生就业力来精心设计素质拓展项目,把握主体性、参与性、实效性、指导性的原则,使素质拓展计划的针对性更强。 In the paper, the author analyses that the lack of employment concept, skill in specialized field and the abilities to be employed causes the "employment gap". The author also discusses how to improve the undergraduates' abilities to be employed by implementing the strategic plan to develop quality undergraduates. In order to make the plan of the strategic plan to develop quality undergraduates more concentrated, the establishment of the items of the strategic plan to develop quality undergraduates must be centered on improvement of the students' abilities to be employed and grasp the principles of focusing on the undergraduates, wide-ranging participation, effectiveness and guidance with high quality.
