下肢深静脉血栓形成治疗和预后的几个问题 被引量：115

摘要 对下肢深静脉血栓形成（deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs，DVT）的认识已近200年的历史，1810年Farriar首先报道1例，其后Davis指出股白肿由DVT引起并与分娩有关。20世纪30年代以前，主要治疗方法是卧床休息和抬高患肢；60年代，手术取栓、抗凝与溶栓治疗相继用于临床。导管直接溶栓（catheter directed thrombolysis）、
