腔内超声消融术治疗静脉血栓安全性的临床试验 被引量:3

A clinical trial on the safety study of intraluminal ultrasonic ablation angioplasty for venous thrombosis

摘要 目的评价腔内超声消融治疗静脉血栓时对血管壁的安全性。方法以超声消融仪对9例(10条肢体)大隐静脉曲张患者的大隐静脉作不同时间的超声消融术,术后对切除的静脉血管标本做组织学观察。结果肉眼观察各组静脉壁未见烧灼、穿孔等损伤,光镜下血管中膜和外膜无严重损伤,超声作用前静脉损伤系数为(1.02±0.12),作用后为100 s(1.15±0.17)、200 s(1.17± 0.21)、300 s(1.20±0.23)、400 s(1.16±0.17),组织学改变差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腔内超声消融术可以安全地应用于人体深静脉血栓的治疗。 Objective - To evaluate the safety of intraluminal ultrasonic ablation angioplasty for human venous thrombosis. Methods The vericose saphenous veins in 9 cases ( 10 limbs) were treated by ultrasonic ablation before resection and pathologic changes were studied to evaluate vessel wall injury caused by the procedure, Results There was no microscopic injuries in the whole layer of the vessel wall, such as perforation and burning, The injury coefficient of the veins before ablation was 1.02 ± 0. 12, and 1. 15 ± 0. 17,1. 17 ±0.21,1, 20 ±0.23 and 1.16 ±0. 17 after different ultrasonic ablation time( 100,200,300 and 400 s ). The differences were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusions The intraluminal ultrasonic ablation angioplasty can be safely used to treat human venous thrombosis.
