摘要
本文通过文献分析法,在比较分析了50篇文献的基础上,发现区域科技竞争力指标体系的建立还没有比较一致的意见,进而以具体指标入选相应文献次数接近或超过1/3为标准,设计了24个指标组成的一套比较合理的指标体系,为中国区域科技竞争力的比较和分析起到一定的借鉴作用。
Based on document accumulation analysis method, we find that the opinion of the indicators of the S＆T competitiveness is different. After study fifty documents, according to the one-third norm we also designed a model which has twenty-four indicators to define the S＆T competitiveness in order to investigate the regional S＆T competitiveness of China.
