复杂氧化物陶瓷薄膜的溶胶—凝胶法制备方法

摘要 研究以溶胶—凝胶制备复杂氧化物薄膜的方法,此方法我们首先要考虑反应中醇盐的作用。凝胶过程实际上是溶液变成固体,包括醇盐的水解和致密化过程。凝胶的干燥得益于毛细管力的作用,同样,要制备合格的薄膜,还必须考虑薄膜与基层的附着能力。
