摘要
目的了解武汉市13岁以下儿童麻疹免疫状况。方法随机抽取820名武汉市8个月~13岁无麻疹患病史健康儿童,采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清麻疹IgG抗体滴度。结果麻疹抗体阳性率为92.20%、95%可信区间为90.36%~94.04%,麻疹抗体阳性者抗体几何平均滴度为1∶2636,95%可信区间为1∶2377~1∶2924。随年龄增加抗体滴度总体呈下降趋势。结论武汉市8个月~13岁儿童麻疹抗体阳性率和抗体几何平均滴度较高,但随年龄增加逐渐下降。
Objective To know the immune status of health population which are under 13 years old in Wuhan and identify the high risk children. Methods 820 measles IgG antibody has been detected by Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). Results Measles antibody positive rate is 92. 20% ,95% CI(90. 36% - 94. 04%). Geometric Mean Titers(GMT) of measles antibody is 1:2 636,95% CI(1:2 377- 1:2 924). The titers of antibody decline with ages, but there are three peak value at four, six and eleven years old. Conclusion The measles antibody positive rate and antibody GMT of the health population under 13 years old in Wuhan are high, but GMT of measles antibody decline with age. The high risk population to measles in Wuhan is the population who are three years old. The strengthen immunization has not increase the measles antibody positive rate and antibody GMT significantly.
