摘要
本文研究了草菇（Volvariella volvacea）V_9等三个菌株的一些生物学特性。结果表明,V_9菌株的菌丝粗壮,生长快,子实休开伞缓慢。对温度、pH有较宽的适应范围.对多种碳源、氮源能较好地利用,是一个活力强、适应性广的优良菌株。
Some biological characters of three Volvariella volvacea strains were studied. The results showed that the mycelium growth rate of V8 strain was very high and its mycelia were very thick with a lower fruitbody veil-open percentage, and that the V9 strain was adaptable to a wide range of temperature, pH and C- and N-compounds and possessed exuberant vitality and good commodity quality.
