住房融资中存在的问题及对策研究

On Problems Existing in Financing for Housing Construction and Their Countermeasures

我国全面建设小康社会目标中的一项重要内容是切实改善人民群众的居住条件,要达成这一目标,离不开住房融资支持。而住房公积金制度作为一项关系百姓民生大计的举措,为绝大多数的普通百姓提供政策性金融支持,满足他们买房的基本需求,正日益受到人们的欢迎。本文侧重从住房公积金制度的角度出发,在分析了当前我国住房融资中存在问题的基础上,有针对性地提出几点对策思考。

One of the important goals in China＇ s striving for an overall construction of the affluent society is to improve people＇ s housing conditions. In order to fulfill this goal, the financing support for housing construction is necessary. The system for public accumulation fund for housing construction is becoming more and more popular because it is being an act closely related to people＇s livelihood, and provides the policy financial support for the majority of common people, and meets their primary demands for buying houses. This paper particularly emphasizes on the reflections of the pertinent countermeasures which are put forward form the angle of the system of public accumulation fund for housing construction, and they are based on the analysis into the problems existing in fmaneing for housing construction in the present China.
