和谐社会的构建最为本质的是要坚持以人为本。关键又在于从普通公民和弱势群体的视角把握以人为本,构建和谐社会。

Harmonious Society has been a newly social focus. It should be human-oriented, which proposes two questions about what kind of human can be human-oriented and which aspects can be human-oriented. In the thesis, it should be focused on general citizens and people from vulnerable groups.
