浅议加强高校基础研究

On Strengthening Basic Research in Universities and Colleges

基础研究是指以认识自然现象、探索自然规律,获取新知识、新原理、新方法为主要目的的研究。笔者对当前高校基础研究中存在的问题和弊端进行剖析,并对如何加强高校基础研究提出了一些建设性意见和措施。

Basic research aims at knowing natural phenomenon, and probing natural law, and getting new knowledge, new principle and new ways. In this essay, some ideas are gotten and a deep analysis of some current problems and flaws of basic research is made in universities and colleges, and some constructive suggestions and measures on how to strengthen basic research in universities and colleges are put forward.
