系统优化 实现三区铁水平衡运输

莱钢生产分为三个区域（老区、新区、新二区），各区域相对独立，某一区域铁水出现富余与不足，必须对富余铁水进行外调，不足铁水及时供应。铁路运输担任该任务，通过优化运输组织、精心组织、合理调度，实现三区铁水平衡运输，满足了生产要求。

The production area of Laiwu Steel is divided into three relatively independent areas of the Old Area, the New Area and the New Second Area. When abundant liquid iron or lack liquid iron occurred in one of the three areas, the abundant liquid iron must be transported outside and the lack liquid iron be supplied from outside. The Railway Transportation Department bears this task. Through optimizing transportation organization, considerately organizing and reasonably dispatching, it is realized the balanced liquid iron railway transportation among the three areas , satisfying the requirements of production.
